Diana likes to serve fresh, 5 or 7 set pescetarian or vegan menus using the best of local, seasonal ingredients. Her ‘CLEAN, GREEN’ philosophy is translated into every dish, letting guests sample unique ingredients and taste multiple layers of flavours and textures. She hopes to take guests on a journey through the Indonesian Archipelago giving them an insight into some of the many local culinary traditions. Because we are a member of the worldwide Slow Food movement, we respect our produce and those who were responsible for growing it, never forgetting that they are just as important as the chefs! CANCELLATIONS Because of the location of Puri Ganesha, all reservations for the UMBI Destination Dining Experience made in peak season periods are final and non-refundable. Any refunds made in low season will be at Diana’s discretion. In case a reservation is unavailable after making a booking online, we will contact you to offer alternative options or you may cancel and receive a refund of your prepayment.
